Tana Hays

Montgomery has always been home, proud to have graduated from Robert E. Lee High School and Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama.  Tana started out at Franklin Resources Group with exposure to the Legislative process, lobbying and media production.  Next she spent ten years at Colonial Bank starting out as a receptionist, growing into an Executive Assistant position with the President of Commercial Lending for the State of Alabama, then Executive Assistant to the Montgomery Regional, Senior Lender and finally as Executive Assistant to the CISO.  During her career with the bank, paths did cross with John Stanley, whom Tana always heard strong positive narratives about.  Now four years after leaving the banking to work in the non-profit sector at Montgomery Habitat for Humanity, Tana is the Executive Secretary at John Stanley and Associates also assisting with Industrial Partners.
