Halcyon Pointe - Phase I (7515 Halcyon Summit Drive) a three-story, state of the art, Class A, 75,000 S.F. office building, serves as headquarters for the Home Builders Association of Alabama (HBAA). This Phase I Building is the first of a three-phase master plan for the wooded 15.5 acre site. Rental rates in the Phase I building are $21.00/RSF with the Landlord providing utilities, janitorial, repairs and maintenance and other building services.
