John C. Stanley, CCIM

John C. Stanley was born in Montgomery, AL on November 26, 1948, and attended public schools in Montgomery, AL where he graduated in 1967 from Robert E. Lee High School.  From 1967-1971 he attended Auburn University, was a member and president of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity, and was involved in student government affairs. He graduated from Auburn with a B.S. degree in Economics.

In 1971 he became employed with Lowder Associates, Inc. as property manager for apartments, office buildings, shopping centers and single-family residences.  Beginning in 1973, he began a career in commercial real estate financing with Colonial Mortgage Company.  In 1979, he began his commercial real estate sales and leasing career where he remained with The Colonial Company until June, 2000.  On July 1, 2000, he formed John Stanley & Associates, Inc., a real estate company specializing in the sale, leasing and development of commercial real estate with its primary areas of operation being in Montgomery, Prattville, Millbrook, Wetumpka and Auburn, AL. Attached is a Company Overview together with a partial list of clients represented by John Stanley & Associates, Inc. for the past ten (10) years.

He is married to the former Teresa C. Clements (also a life long resident of Montgomery, Alabama) has two (2) children (David and Carrie) and six (6) grandchildren who all live in Montgomery, Alabama.
