Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of a + 33,000 S.F. vacant lot, zoned B-2, located on Highway 14 in Prattville, AL, near McQueen Smith Road and adjacent to AmeriFirst Bank.  The seller was Big E Developers, LLC and the Buyer was PRATT ABC, LLC.  The sales price was $225,473.00.

 

SOLD – 340 Eastdale Circle, Montgomery, AL – July 12, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Jean B. Lane Trust in the sale of the property located at 340 Eastdale Circle, Montgomery, Alabama.  The property consists of a ± 3,848 S.F. building located on a 31,246 S.F. lot.  The name of the buyer is undisclosed however the property will be renovated for use as a Red Wing Shoe retail facility.  The sales price was $295,000 ($76.66/S.F.)
 

SOLD – 14,227 S.F., Montgomery, Alabama – July 9, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM has represented A.J. McLemore Development Properties, LLC in the sale of a 14,227 S.F. parcel of land located off U.S. Hwy 80 (Atlanta Hwy.) to Dixie Electric Cooperative.  The property will be developed by Dixie Electric for use as an access to its existing corporate facility.  The sales price was based on $4.50/S.F.
 

SOLD – 41.5 Acres, Lowndes County, Alabama – June 30, 2010

Mark Dauber has completed the sale of approximately 41.5 acres located at the corner of I-65 and Tyson Road in Lowndes County, Alabama.  The Seller was Ray W. Scott, Jr. and the Buyers were Jerry and Linda W. Lambert.  The sales price was $249,120.00 ($6,000/Ac.).
 

SOLD – River Ridge Harbor, Montgomery, AL – June 21, 2010

Mark Dauber has completed the sale of 2 residential lots (Lot #20 and Lot #44) located at River Ridge Harbor.  The names of the Buyers are undisclosed. The sales price for Lot #20 was $85,000.00 and for Lot #44 was $59,500.00.
 

LEASED – 505 East Boulevard, Montgomery, AL – June 21, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM, on behalf of Courtesy Automotive Group, Inc., has transacted a lease of the property located at 505 East Boulevard, Montgomery, AL.  The tenant is Auto Enterprises, Inc. who will operate the property as a used car and truck sales center, beginning September 1, 2010.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
 

SOLD – 934 Adams Avenue, Montgomery, AL – June 14, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Walton Hill Adams Properties, LLC in the sale of 934 Adams Ave.  The Buyer was Vinson Properties.  The property will continue to be used and operated by Adams Drugs as its downtown location.  The sales price was $150,000.
 

LEASED – Halcyon Pointe II – June 7, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Home Builders Association of Alabama in leasing 6,752 S.F. of Class “A” office space at Halcyon Pointe II located at 7450 Halcyon Pointe Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The Lessee is Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc.  Occupancy is scheduled for September, 2010.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
 

SOLD – 32 and 55 Commerce St., Montgomery, AL - May 28, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM has completed the sale of two (2) properties in downtown Montgomery: 32 Commerce Street consisting of a ± 61,500 S.F. five (5) story office building and 55 Commerce Street consisting of a 102 space parking lot and deck.  The Seller was the FDIC and the Buyer was 130 Commerce, LLC.  The sales price was $1,230,000.
 

SOLD – Blue Mountain Beach, FL – May 21, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM, and Mandy Cooper of Re/Max Southern Realty in Destin, FL have represented the Seller in the sale of five (5) separate parcels of land in Blue Mountain Beach, FL.  The properties consist of two (2) beach lots and three (3) lake lots located on Blue Mountain Beach Road and Big Red Fish Lake.  The Seller was the Ida Belle Young Revocable Trust.  The names of the Buyers and sales prices of each parcel are undisclosed.
