John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Buyer of the CVS Pharmacy located at the SW corner of Opelika Road and East University Drive in Auburn, AL.  The Seller was Auburn Es Tu Malade? #1, LLC and the name of the Buyer is undisclosed.  The sales price was $5,410,200.00 representing a 7.15 cap rate.
 

LEASED – Warehouse, 3630 Capital Plaza, Montgomery, AL – March 3, 2010

Nim Frazer, SIOR has represented Billie Claire Mangum in leasing ± 10,000 S.F. of office/warehouse space at 3630 Capital Plaza. The Tenant is Diversified Pallets, Inc.
 

SOLD – Office Building, 525 S. Lawrence Street, Montgomery, AL – March 3, 2010.

Mark Dauber has completed the sale of the approximately 9,380 S.F. former Medical Imaging Building located at the southeast corner of High St. and Lawrence Street. The Seller was Central Alabama Medical Enterprises, Inc. and the Buyer was The Housing Authority of the City of Montgomery, Alabama.  The sales price was $890,000.00.
 

LEASED – Interstate Park – March 1, 2010

Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM recently represented Interstate Park Holdings, LLC in a lease transaction with Branch Banking and Trust Company for 22,151 S.F. (the entire 4th Floor) of office space located at 2000 Interstate Park Drive, Montgomery, AL (Interstate Park Center).
 

LEASED – Halcyon Pointe II – March 1, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Home Builders Association of Alabama in leasing approximately 12,800 S.F. of Class “A” office space at Halcyon Pointe II located at 7460 Halcyon Pointe Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The Lessee is Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc.  Occupancy is scheduled for August, 2010.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
 

SOLD – 7025 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, AL – February 23, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM has transacted the sale of the former Green Thumb Nursery Property located at 7025 Atlanta Hwy., Montgomery, AL.  The Property consists of a ± 1.86 acres of land zoned B-2.  The Property will be used for additional parking and building expansion for the adjacent Pri-Med Physicians facility.  The Seller was Charles Harwell and James Harwell; the Buyer is The Health Care Authority for Baptist Health.  The Sales Price is undisclosed.
 

SOLD - 901 Plantation Way, Montgomery, AL - February 24, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Greystone Property Management Company, Inc. in the sale of a 5,000 S.F. warehouse property located at 901 Plantation Way.  The land area is 24,860 S.F. The Buyer was Melvin and Melissa Hobbs.  The sales price is undisclosed.

 

LEASED - Office - 509 Oliver Road, Montgomery, AL - February 11, 2010

John C. Stanley, CCIM has transacted a 23,306 S.F. lease for office space at 509 Oliver Road, Montgomery, AL.  The Lessor is Alabama Diversified Health Services, LLC and the Lessee is Coastal Insurance Risk Retention Group, Inc.
 

LEASED – Office/Warehouse – 2660 Zelda Road, Montgomery, AL – January 28, 2010

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Zelda II, LLC in leasing ± 5,500 S.F. of Office/Warehouse space at 2660 Zelda Road.  The Lessee is DPS Group, LLC.
 

SOLD – 701 Enterprise Court, Montgomery, AL – January 22, 2010

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of the former Enterprise Rent a Truck property located at 701 Enterprise Court.  The property totaled ±1.57 acres and is zoned B-3.  The building size is ±3,242 S.F. including ±1,286 S.F. of office space and a ±1,956 S.F. wash bay area.  The sales price was $425,000.00.
