John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Home Builders Association of Alabama in leasing 6,752 S.F. of Class “A” office space at Halcyon Pointe II located at 7450 Halcyon Pointe Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The Lessee is Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc.  Occupancy is scheduled for September, 2010.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
 

SOLD – 32 and 55 Commerce St., Montgomery, AL - May 28, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM has completed the sale of two (2) properties in downtown Montgomery: 32 Commerce Street consisting of a ± 61,500 S.F. five (5) story office building and 55 Commerce Street consisting of a 102 space parking lot and deck.  The Seller was the FDIC and the Buyer was 130 Commerce, LLC.  The sales price was $1,230,000.
 

SOLD – Blue Mountain Beach, FL – May 21, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM, and Mandy Cooper of Re/Max Southern Realty in Destin, FL have represented the Seller in the sale of five (5) separate parcels of land in Blue Mountain Beach, FL.  The properties consist of two (2) beach lots and three (3) lake lots located on Blue Mountain Beach Road and Big Red Fish Lake.  The Seller was the Ida Belle Young Revocable Trust.  The names of the Buyers and sales prices of each parcel are undisclosed.
 

LEASED – Interstate Park, Montgomery, AL – May 10, 2010

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Interstate Park Holdings, LLC in a lease transaction with The Fellowship of Christian Athletes for + 1,020 S.F. of office space located at 500 Interstate Park Drive, Montgomery, AL.
 

SOLD - 1935 Mulberry St., Montgomery, AL - May 6, 2010.  

Mark Dauber has completed the sale of the approximately 1,700 square foot retail/office building formerly operating as Bridals by Pinola.  The Seller was National Loan Acquisitions Company of Lake Oswego, Oregon, and the Buyer was Brandon Harris of Montgomery, Alabama. The sales price was $57,000.00.
 

LEASED – Interstate Park, Montgomery, AL – May 1, 2010

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Interstate Park Holdings, LLC in a lease transaction with Jones, Walker, Weachter, Poitevent, Carrére and Donégre, LLP for class A office space located at 2000 Interstate Park Drive, Montgomery, AL (Interstate Park Center).
 

LEASED – 4025 Troy Highway, Montgomery, AL – April 26, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Russell Oil Company, Inc. in the leasing of the property at 4025 Troy Hwy., Montgomery, AL.  The property was leased for a term of three (3) years for a used car and truck center.
 

LEASED – Interstate Park, Montgomery, AL – April 5, 2010

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Interstate Park Holdings, LLC in a lease transaction with Sasser, Sefton, Tipton and Davis, P.C. for + 6,368 S.F. of class A office space located at 2000 Interstate Park Drive, Montgomery, AL (Interstate Park Center).
 

LEASED – 868 Lagoon Commercial Blvd., Montgomery, AL – March 29, 2010

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has leased a + 4,720 office/warehouse building located at 868 Lagoon Commercial Blvd. The Tenant is Engineered Cooling Systems.
 

SOLD – OFFICE BUILDING, 640 So. Lawrence St., Montgomery, AL – April 2, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM has represented 641 Company, LLC in the sale of a ± 1,950 S.F. office building located at 640 So. Lawrence St.  The Buyer was Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Alabama, Inc. and the building is to be used for its new home office facility in Montgomery.  The sales price was $105,000.
