Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Aliant Bank in a lease transaction with Homecorp Management, Inc.  Homecorp executed a four (4) year lease for 3,401 rentable square feet of office space at Aliant Center located at 2740 Zelda Road.

 

SOLD – Camelot Apartments, Montgomery, AL – May 30, 2008

Mark Dauber has completed the sale of the forty-two (42) unit apartment complex known as Camelot Apartments at 3392 Governors Drive in Montgomery, AL.  The Seller was Designers Center, LLC of California and the Buyer was Camelot Property, LLC of Montgomery, Alabama.  The sales price was $915,000.00 ($21,785/unit).
 

SOLD – Office Lot, Montgomery, AL – May 6, 2008

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has completed the sale of a 1.46 acre lot zoned 0-1 on Ray Thorington Road near Wisdomwood Road.  The sales price was $397,762.50 or $6.25/S.F.
 

SOLD – Billingsley Place, Montgomery, AL – April 29, 2008

John Stanley, CCIM has completed the sale of two (2) business zoned (B-3) lots at Billingsley Place.  Lot 2A Blk B consists of 60,719 S.F. and sold for $12/S.F.  Lot 3, Blk B consists of 80,822 S.F. and sold for $12.75/S.F.  Both lots are proposed to be developed as a retail center.
 

SOLD – Investment Property, Montgomery, AL – April 24, 2008

John Stanley, CCIM has represented its client in the purchase of a 6,702 S.F. office building located at 7080-7088 Sydney Curve, Montgomery, AL.  The property is fully leased and sold on a 9% cap rate.  The Seller was CJR Properties, Inc. and the sales price was $770,220.00 ($114.92/S.F.).
 

LEASED – East Park Center, Montgomery, AL – April 11, 2008

Lee Meriwether, CCIM represented East Park Center in a lease for approximately 2,700 S.F. of office space on Carol Villa Drive.  The tenant, Treehouse Property Management, signed a five (5) year lease.
 

SOLD – Warehouse Property, Prattville, AL – April 11, 2008

John Stanley, CCIM and Nim Frazer, SIOR have sold a 5,075 S.F. warehouse property located at 104 Industrial Park Road in Prattville, AL.  The Seller was WW Motorsports, LLC and the Buyer is a local business.  The sales price was $72,500.00.
 

LEASED – 1965 Mitchell Young Rd, Montgomery, AL – March 31, 2008

Nim Frazer, SIOR has negotiated a five (5) year lease for approximately 74,000 S.F. of office/manufacturing/warehouse space at 1965 Mitchell Young Road to ANM Services, LLC.  John Stanley & Associates, Inc. will continue to market this property FOR SALE for Norment Security Group, Inc. as an investment property during the lease term.
 

SOLD - Sanford Tile Property - March 21, 2008

John Stanley, CCIM has represented G & J Partnership in the sale of the Sanford Tile Property located at 5506 Wares Ferry Road, Montgomery, AL. The Property consists of a 13,797 S.F. showroom/warehouse facility on 1.3 acres of land. The sales price was $450,000.
 

SOLD – Montgomery Business Park – March 20, 2008

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of two (2) lots located at the corner of Congressman Dickinson Drive and Newell Parkway at Montgomery Business Park.  The two (2) lots combined total + 125,550 S.F. and sold for $502,200.00 or $4.00/S.F.  Both lots are zoned B-3 and will be developed as a Flowers Bakery Distribution Center and Bread Store.
