SOLD – Hwy 14 Prattville, AL – March 14, 2008

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of a lot located at the corner of Hwy 14 and Jasmine Trail in Prattville, AL.  The lot is + 33,168 S.F. and sold for $265,000.00 or $7.00/S.F.  The lot is zoned B-2 and will be developed as the future office for Dr. Barry McNamara.
 

LEASED – Central Parkway, Montgomery, AL – February 22, 2008

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has leased 1,500 S.F. of office space at 2744 Central Parkway to RGIS, LLC.  Beginning May 1, 2008 this will be the new Montgomery office location for RGIS, LLC.  The average rental rate over the term of the lease is $16.00/S.F.
 

SOLD – Business Lot, Montgomery, AL – February 12, 2008

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Mitylene Development, Inc. in the sale of a 43,622 S.F. lot zoned B-2 at the corner of Atlanta Highway and Mitylene Park Lane in Mitylene Office Park.  The sales price was $436,622 ($10.00/S.F.).  The proposed use for this property is a pharmacy/drug store.
 

LEASED – Mendel Parkway, Montgomery, AL – February 8, 2008

John Stanley, CCIM has leased 3,260 S.F. of office space at 340 Mendel Parkway to Environmental Consulting & Engineering (ECE).  This will be the new home office for ECE beginning February 18, 2008.
 

SOLD – Office Building, Montgomery, AL – January 31, 2008

Mark Dauber has completed the sale of an approximately 5,087 S.F. office building located at 529 South Perry Street in Montgomery, AL.  The Seller was Commerce Row Associates, Ltd. and the Buyer was Martha B. Cassels.  The sales price was $260,000.00.
 

SOLD – Breckenridge Storage, Montgomery, AL – January 25, 2008

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Breckenridge Storage, Inc., in the sale of the Breckenridge Storage facility located at 310 Ray Thorington Road, Montgomery, AL.  The property consists of a 60,103 S.F. climate controlled storage building located on 4.915 acres.  The sales price was $3,200,000.00 ($53.24/S.F.).
 

SOLD – Taylor Road, Montgomery, AL – January 24, 2008

Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM have transacted the sale of a 40,875 S.F. business lot fronting Taylor Road in the Billingsley Place development.  The sales price was $490,500.00 or $12.00/S.F.  The site will be developed as a Big 10 Tire Store.
 

SOLD – Car Wash, Prattville, AL – January 15, 2008

John Stanley, CCIM has sold the Tidal Wave Car Wash property located on Alabama Hwy 14 in Prattville, AL.  The 2,537 S.F. self-service facility consists of four (4) service bays, one (1) car wash bay and the vacuum bays.  The property contains 33,454 S.F.  The Seller was G & G, LLC and the sales price was $503,000.00.
 

LEASED – Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, AL – January 5, 2008

Lee Meriwether, CCIM leased approximately 1,600 S.F. of retail space located at 5554 Atlanta Highway.  The new tenant will be Frontline Insurance.
 

SOLD – 222 Acres Montgomery, AL – December 31, 2007

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Seller in the sale of 222.7 acres of land on Taylor Road, Montgomery, AL.  The entire property is zoned Agr.-1.  The purchaser was Alfa Properties, Inc.  The sales price was $5,000,000.00 ($22,450/Acre).
