SOLD – 701 Enterprise Court, Montgomery, AL – January 22, 2010

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of the former Enterprise Rent a Truck property located at 701 Enterprise Court.  The property totaled ±1.57 acres and is zoned B-3.  The building size is ±3,242 S.F. including ±1,286 S.F. of office space and a ±1,956 S.F. wash bay area.  The sales price was $425,000.00.
 

LEASED – CLASS “A” OFFICE SPACE – January 12, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Home Builders Association of Alabama in leasing 3,464 S.F. of Class “A” office space at Halcyon Pointe I located at 7515 Halcyon Summit Drive, Montgomery, AL. The Lessee is State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company.
 

SOLD – 530 So. Lawrence Street, Montgomery, AL - December 22, 2009

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented CPA Properties in the sale of a + 9,237 S.F. office building located at 530 So. Lawrence Street.  The Buyer was The Montgomery County Commission.  The sales price was $570,000.00 or $61.71/S.F.
 

LEASED – Interstate Park, Montgomery, AL - December 18, 2009

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Interstate Park Holdings, LLC in a lease transaction with Haislip, Ragan, Green, Starke & Watson, P.C. for + 1,863 S.F. of office space.
 

LEASED – Interstate Park, Montgomery, AL - December 16, 2009

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Interstate Park Holdings, LLC in a lease transaction with the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials for +1,481 S.F. of office space in the Building 2000 – Interstate Park Center.
 

SOLD – 6.95 ACRES - Pike Road, AL – November 12, 2009

Mark Dauber and John Stanley, CCIM have transacted the sale of a 6.95 acre parcel of land fronting Vaughn Road in Pike Road, AL.  The Seller was Gil Gilder, III and the name of the Buyer is undisclosed.  The sales price was $200,000.00 ($.66/S.F.).  The Property was purchased for future development.
 

SOLD - 6 Single Family Residential Lots, Montgomery, AL - November 6, 2009

Mark Dauber has completed the sale of six (6) residential lots in the Mullis Creek subdivision.  The upscale community is located off of Chantilly Parkway, and represents a continuing element of the absorption of available residential inventory in the Montgomery/Pike Road market.

 

LEASED - Pike Road Station, Pike Road, Alabama - October 29, 2009

The residents of Pike Road, AL will soon have another place to eat!  Mark Dauber has leased to the Subway Corporation a space in Pike Road Station on Vaughn Road of approximately 1,200 S.F.  Construction is underway and the store will be opening soon.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed a lease transaction between Eddie Carlson (Lessor) & H. E. Nix, Jr. (Lessee) for +1,400 S.F. of office space located at 1761 Platt Place, Montgomery, AL.
