John Stanley, CCIM has represented Alabama Psychiatric Services in its acquisition of the Twin Oaks Office facility located at 2629-2641 East Boulevard, Montgomery, AL.  The property consists of three (3) separate office buildings comprising 15,098 S.F. located on 3.56 acres of land.  The property will be completely renovated to serve as the Alabama Psychiatric Services’ Montgomery area headquarters.  The Seller was J.T. Enterprises, L.L.C. and the Buyer was Healthcare Properties Montgomery, L.L.C.  The sales price was $700,000.00 
 

SOLD – 18 Parcels of Land, Montgomery, AL – August 28, 2009

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Jackson Hospital & Clinic in the purchase of eighteen (18) parcels of land for the expansion of its campus.
 

LEASED – Aliant Center, Montgomery, AL – August 19, 2009

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Aliant Bank in a lease transaction with Douglas McElvy and Brian Moore for ± 3,355 S.F. of class A office space at the Aliant Center.

 

LEASED – Interstate Park Center, Montgomery, AL – August 19, 2009

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Interstate Park Holdings, LLC and John Stanley, CCIM represented Covington & Burling, LLP in a lease transaction for ± 1,864 S.F. of class A office space at the Interstate Park Center.
 

LEASED – Interstate Park Center, Montgomery, AL – August 17, 2009

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Interstate Park Holdings, LLC in a lease transaction with Lockheed Martin Corporation for ± 3,139 S.F. of class A office space at the Interstate Park Center.
 

SOLD – 17.70 Acres – Autauga County – August 12, 2009

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Gateway Construction Corporation in the purchase of ± 17.70 acres of land in Autauga County.  The sale price was $1,062,000 or $60,000 per acre.  The property will be developed as a multifamily community.
 

SOLD – 1751 Holly Street, Montgomery, AL – August 11, 2009

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Jackson Hospital & Clinic in the purchase of a medical office building located at 1751 Holly Street, Montgomery, AL.

 

LEASED - Class "A" Office Space - July 28, 2009

John Stanley, CCIM has representative the Home Builders Association of Alabama in leasing 4,255 S.F. of class "A" office space at Halcyon Point I located at 7515 Halcyon Summit Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The Lessee is The Community Bankers Association of Alabama.

 

SOLD - Former Waffle House Property - July 27, 2009

John Stanley, CCIM has sold a former Waffle House property located at 4117 Troy Highway, Montgomery, AL. The Property consists of a ±1,785 S.F. building on a site being ±16,000 S.F. The sale price was $151,000.00 ($84.60/S.F.) excluding any equipment or furnishings.

 

LEASED – Monticello Drive, Montgomery, AL - July 15, 2009

John Stanley, CCIM has leased 2,600 S.F. of office space located at 5923 Monticello Drive.  The space has been leased to an undisclosed tenant, who is planning to open for business in October, 2009.  The space leased for $12.00/S.F. excluding utilities and janitorial.
