John Stanley, CCIM has completed the sale of two (2) self storage properties in Huntsville, AL. Sentry Self Service Storage, located at 7620 South Memorial Parkway, consisting of 38,742 S.F., sold for $1,250,000.00. Added Space Self Storage, located at 2005 Sparkman Drive, consisting of 57,025 S.F., sold for $2,250,000.00. The Buyer was RPM Huntsville Storage, LLC.

SOLD – 3.44 Acres – Vaughn Road, Montgomery, AL – July 24, 2007
