Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented ER Solutions, Inc. in a lease renewal with Crescent Center, LLC for 34,824 RSF of office space located at 2400 Presidents Drive.  Terms of the Lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM and Lee Meriwether, CCIM have transacted a ± 1,500 S.F. office lease at 2744 Central Parkway.  The Lessee is Flowers & White Engineering, LLC; the Lessor is The Dollar Club, LLC.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

 

SOLD – RETAIL PROPERTY, Montgomery, AL – October 14, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented B&C Properties, LLC in the sale of a 7,700 S.F. retail building located at 2415 East Boulevard formerly occupied by Pet Supplies Plus.  The Buyer was Tri-Rivers Holdings, LLC.  The sales price was $477,625 ($62.04/S.F.)

 

LEASED – +/- 19,555 S.F. Office Space, Montgomery, AL – October 12, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Curtis Reding in leasing 19,555 S.F. in the new RSA Judicial Building located at 445 Dexter Ave. in downtown Montgomery.  Occupancy is scheduled for October, 2012.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

 

SOLD  - Warehouse, Montgomery, AL - September 27, 2011

Nim Frazer, SIOR has represented Tucker Manufacturing Company, Inc. in the sale of a 61,000 S.F. warehouse property located at 2914 Day St. The Buyer was Montgomery Technical Support, LLC.  The sales price was $485,000.00.

 

LEASED – +/- 66,036 S.F. Office Space, Capitol Commerce Center, Montgomery, AL, September 26, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Montgomery Colonial Property, LLC in the leasing of 66,036 RSF of office space at Capitol Commerce Center to HP Enterprise Services, LLC.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM represented HP Enterprise Services, LLC in a lease transaction with Montgomery Colonial Property, LLC for 66,036 RSF of office space located at Capitol Commerce Center. HP will occupy the space in January, 2012.  Terms of the Lease are undisclosed.
