John Stanley, CCIM has represented E.E. Forbes Piano Company, Inc. in the sale of its former location at 2015 East Boulevard.  The Buyer was James R. Ingram, Jr. who will remodel the property for Phase III Mobility.  The sales price was $300,000.

 

LEASED – Interstate Park, Montgomery, AL – September 16, 2011

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Interstate Park Holdings, LLC in a lease transaction with Auburn Bank for +/- 1,137 S.F. of office space located at 500 Interstate Park Drive.  The terms and conditions of the lease are undisclosed.
 

SOLD – 52.041 AC., MONTGOMERY, AL – September 15, 2011

 John Stanley, CCIM has represented Ratliff Partners, LLC in the sale of an additional tract of land at New Park located off Ray Thorington Road.  The Property consists of 52.041 acres.  The Buyer was New Park Development Co., LLC.  The sales price is undisclosed.
