LEASED – 4025 Troy Highway, Montgomery, AL – April 26, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Russell Oil Company, Inc. in the leasing of the property at 4025 Troy Hwy., Montgomery, AL.  The property was leased for a term of three (3) years for a used car and truck center.
 

LEASED – Interstate Park, Montgomery, AL – April 5, 2010

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Interstate Park Holdings, LLC in a lease transaction with Sasser, Sefton, Tipton and Davis, P.C. for + 6,368 S.F. of class A office space located at 2000 Interstate Park Drive, Montgomery, AL (Interstate Park Center).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has leased a + 4,720 office/warehouse building located at 868 Lagoon Commercial Blvd. The Tenant is Engineered Cooling Systems.
 

SOLD – OFFICE BUILDING, 640 So. Lawrence St., Montgomery, AL – April 2, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM has represented 641 Company, LLC in the sale of a ± 1,950 S.F. office building located at 640 So. Lawrence St.  The Buyer was Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Alabama, Inc. and the building is to be used for its new home office facility in Montgomery.  The sales price was $105,000.
 

SOLD – Perry Hill Mini Storage, Montgomery, AL – March 31, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Seller in the sale of Perry Hill Mini Storage located at 3810 Perry Hill Road, Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer was Tigertown Investments, Inc.  The sales price was $440,000.00.
 

SOLD – Former “Up The Creek” Restaurant – Montgomery, AL

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of the former Up The Creek restaurant property located at 2070 East Boulevard.  The Property totaled + 1.9 Acres and is zoned B-3.  The building size is + 6,500 S.F. The sales price was $600,000 or $92.31/S.F.
 

SOLD – CVS Pharmacy, Opelika Road, Auburn, AL – March 9, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Buyer of the CVS Pharmacy located at the SW corner of Opelika Road and East University Drive in Auburn, AL.  The Seller was Auburn Es Tu Malade? #1, LLC and the name of the Buyer is undisclosed.  The sales price was $5,410,200.00 representing a 7.15 cap rate.
 

LEASED – Warehouse, 3630 Capital Plaza, Montgomery, AL – March 3, 2010

Nim Frazer, SIOR has represented Billie Claire Mangum in leasing ± 10,000 S.F. of office/warehouse space at 3630 Capital Plaza. The Tenant is Diversified Pallets, Inc.
 

SOLD – Office Building, 525 S. Lawrence Street, Montgomery, AL – March 3, 2010.

Mark Dauber has completed the sale of the approximately 9,380 S.F. former Medical Imaging Building located at the southeast corner of High St. and Lawrence Street. The Seller was Central Alabama Medical Enterprises, Inc. and the Buyer was The Housing Authority of the City of Montgomery, Alabama.  The sales price was $890,000.00.
