John Stanley, CCIM and CB Richard Ellis (Atlanta Office) have represented Branch Banking and Trust Company (BB&T) in the leasing of approximately 17,800 S.F. of space in the new RSA/Judicial Building located at 445 Dexter Ave., Montgomery, AL.  The space will consist of ± 2,800 S.F. for retail banking located on the first floor and ± 15,000 S.F. of administrative office space on the eighth floor.  BB&T expects to occupy this space in early 2012.  Other terms and conditions of the lease are undisclosed.
 

LEASED – 8 Commerce Street, Montgomery, AL - August 1, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Renasant Bank in leasing 10,560 S.F. of office space at 8 Commerce St., Montgomery, AL.  Renasant Bank will occupy this prime ground floor space for its Montgomery banking operations set to open in November, 2011.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
 

LEASED – 635 East Boulevard, Montgomery, AL - July 5, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Courtesy Automotive Group, Inc. in the lease of its property located at 635 East Boulevard to Empire Auto Sales, LLC.  The property will continue as a used car dealership.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
 

LEASED – Office Space, Montgomery, AL - July 5, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Congressman Martha Roby’s 2nd District Congressional Office in the leasing of 2,075 RSF of office space at the Alabama Center for Commerce located at 401 Adams Ave., Montgomery, AL.  The landlord is The Retirement Systems of Alabama (RSA).  Congressman Roby’s office will open at this location on July 1, 2011.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
 

SOLD – 9.775 Acres, Montgomery, AL – June 29, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the FDIC in the sale of 9.775 acres located at the corner of Capitol Commerce Blvd. and Technacenter Drive.  The Buyer was Montgomery Colonial Property, LLC.  The sales price was $425,810 ($1.00/S.F.).
 

SOLD – 78.25 Acres, Pike Road, AL - June 14, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented East Montgomery Holdings, LLC in the sale of a 78.25 acre parcel located off Marler Road in Pike Road, AL.  The sales price was $795,000 ($10,160/Ac.).
 

SOLD – 87.88 Acres, Pike Road, AL - June 14, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented The Waters at Waugh, LLC in the sale of a 87.88 acre parcel on Marler Road in Pike Road, AL.  The sales price was $805,000 ($9,160/Ac.).
 

SOLD – 2.85 Acres, Pike Road, AL - May 25, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM and Mark Dauber have sold a 2.85 acre parcel fronting Pike Road in Pike Road, AL.  The property is zoned B-2.  The Seller was Gilford Gilder and the Buyer was Eng Land Development, LLC. The sales price was $190,000 ($1.53/S.F.).
 

LEASED - 301 Technacenter Drive, Montgomery, AL - May 24, 2011

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Hewlett Packard in a seven (7) year lease renewal for +/- 25,000 S.F. of office space located at 301 Technacenter Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
 

 LEASED – Interstate Park, Montgomery, AL – May 15, 2011

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Interstate Park Holdings, LLC in a lease expansion with Amedisys Home Health for +/- 5752 R.S.F. of office space located at 300 Interstate Park Drive.
