Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Interstate Park Holdings, LLC in a lease transaction with GSA for +/- 1266 R.S.F. of office space located at 2000 Interstate Park Drive.

 

LEASED – Halcyon Pointe I, Montgomery, AL - May 18, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Home Builders Association of Alabama (HBAA) in leasing 5,436 S.F. of Class “A” office space at Halcyon Pointe I located at 7515 Halcyon Summit Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The Lessee is Auburn University at Montgomery (AUM).  Occupancy will be July 1, 2011.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

 

LEASED – ± 23,000 S.F. Office/Warehouse, Montgomery, AL - May 11, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the owners of 333 No. East Blvd. in the leasing of ± 23,000 S.F. of office and warehouse space to American WallZone and Supply, LLC, a new business to the Montgomery area.  American WallZone will open for business on June 1, 2011.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
 

SOLD – RiverCane Lot, Atmore, AL - May 5, 2011

Mark Dauber has represented the City of Atmore, Alabama in the sale of a
± 48,240 S.F. lot on Hwy. 21 to McDonald’s USA, LLC.  The lot is part of the RiverCane development located off I-65 at Exit 57.  The sales price was $385,920 ($8.00/S.F.).
 

SOLD – 3340 Fitzpatrick Avenue, Montgomery, AL – May 5, 2011

Nim Frazer, SIOR has represented ALFA Services, LLC in the sale of a former office/warehouse property located at 3340 Fitzpatrick Avenue in Montgomery, AL.  The property consists of 39,000 S.F. warehouse, a 2,633 S.F. shop building, and a 1,152 S.F. office located on a + 6.17 Acre lot.  The buyer was Singleton Lands, Inc.  The sale price was $208,000.00.
 

LEASED – 6,214 S.F. Retail, Montgomery, AL - May 6, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has transacted a lease agreement on behalf of MATMOR PROPERTIES, LLC for 6,214 S.F. of retail space located at 3241 Malcolm Dr., Montgomery, AL.  The entire space has been leased to a fitness facility with a scheduled opening date of July 1, 2011.  The name of the tenant and terms of the lease are undisclosed.

 

SOLD – 12-40 Lafayette Street, Hayneville, AL – April 29, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the FDIC in the sale of two (2) properties located at 12 and 40 Lafayette Street in Hayneville, AL.  Both properties were sold to First Citizens Bank at a price of $525,000.

 

LEASED – Halcyon Pointe I, Montgomery, AL - April 20, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Home Builders Association of Alabama (HBAA) in the lease of 4,801 S.F. of Class “A” office space at Halcyon Pointe I located at 7515 Halcyon Summit Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The Lessee is Colonial Life and Accident Insurance Company.  Occupancy of the space will be June 1, 2011.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

 

LEASED – Capitol Commerce Center, Montgomery, AL - April 12, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Montgomery Colonial Property, LLC in the leasing of 8,606 RSF of office space at Capitol Commerce Center to PRI MED PHYSICIANS, INC.  PRI MED’S occupancy in the space will begin June 1, 2011.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

 

LEASED - Office/Warehouse, Montgomery, AL - April 7, 2011

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Rick Hovey in a lease transaction with Richardson Ventures, Inc. for +/- 3,000 S.F. of office/warehouse space located at 5860 East Shirley Lane.
