Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Interstate Park Holdings, LLC in a lease transaction with the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials for +1,481 S.F. of office space in the Building 2000 – Interstate Park Center.
 

SOLD – 6.95 ACRES - Pike Road, AL – November 12, 2009

Mark Dauber and John Stanley, CCIM have transacted the sale of a 6.95 acre parcel of land fronting Vaughn Road in Pike Road, AL.  The Seller was Gil Gilder, III and the name of the Buyer is undisclosed.  The sales price was $200,000.00 ($.66/S.F.).  The Property was purchased for future development.
 

SOLD - 6 Single Family Residential Lots, Montgomery, AL - November 6, 2009

Mark Dauber has completed the sale of six (6) residential lots in the Mullis Creek subdivision.  The upscale community is located off of Chantilly Parkway, and represents a continuing element of the absorption of available residential inventory in the Montgomery/Pike Road market.

 

LEASED - Pike Road Station, Pike Road, Alabama - October 29, 2009

The residents of Pike Road, AL will soon have another place to eat!  Mark Dauber has leased to the Subway Corporation a space in Pike Road Station on Vaughn Road of approximately 1,200 S.F.  Construction is underway and the store will be opening soon.

 

LEASED – 1761 Platt Place, Montgomery, AL – October 23, 2009

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed a lease transaction between Eddie Carlson (Lessor) & H. E. Nix, Jr. (Lessee) for +1,400 S.F. of office space located at 1761 Platt Place, Montgomery, AL.
 

SOLD - ±6,000 S.F. Office/Warehouse, Montgomery, AL – October 21, 2009

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Supreme, L.L.C. in the sale of a ±6,000 S.F. office/warehouse building located at 844 Lagoon Commercial Blvd.  The building consists of ±2,600 S.F. heated and cooled office space, ± 3,400 S.F. warehouse space, and loading dock.   The buyer was Panehal, Inc.  The sales price was $299,500 ($49.92/S.F.).  The property will be used by Panehal, Inc. for its own office and warehouse needs.

 

LEASED - ± 23,000 S.F. Office/Warehouse, Montgomery, AL - October 8, 2009

John Stanley, CCIM has transacted the lease of a ± 23,000 S.F. office/warehouse facility located at 333-B East Boulevard.  The Tenant is Specialized Technical Services, Inc.  The lease term and price are undisclosed.

 

SOLD – 337 St. Lukes Drive, Montgomery, AL - October 1, 2009

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Advanced Surgical Properties, LLC in the sale of Medical Office Building located at 337 St. Lukes Drive to RMR Properties, LLC.  The building consists of + 1953 S.F. the sales price was $175,000.00 or $89.00/S.F.
 

LEASED – Taliaferro Trail Office, Montgomery, AL – September 28, 2009

Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM have completed a lease transaction with Wilkinson Properties (Lessor) and Alabama Small Business Capital (Lessee) for + 1,600 S.F. of office space located at 1784 Taliaferro Trail.  
 

LEASED – Interstate Park, Montgomery, AL – September 28, 2009

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Interstate Park Holdings, LLC in a lease transaction with Liberty National Life Insurance Company for + 594 S.F. of office space.
