Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Interstate Park Holdings, LLC in a lease transaction with HealthSpring of Alabama, Inc. for +/- 2,315 R.S.F. of office space located at 400 Interstate Park Drive, Suite 427.

 

LEASED – 5400 S.F. Warehouse, Montgomery, AL - March 28, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Buck, Ltd. In the leasing of ± 5,400 S.F. of warehouse space located at 887 Plantation Way.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

 

SOLD – 395 E. Blvd., Montgomery, AL - March 28, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented GHM Investments, LLC in the sale of a former Mazda dealership property located at 395 E. Blvd., Montgomery, AL.  The property consists of a ± 10,400 S.F. building on ± 1.84 acres.  The name of the Buyer is undisclosed.  The sales price was $900,000.00.

 

LEASED - Perimeter Industrial Park, Montgomery, AL – March 1, 2011

7 Fold Technologies , LLC leased a +/- 1,038 S.F. office/warehouse space from Bert Loeb at 6045 Perimeter Place in Montgomery, AL. The space was leased for a one year term and the rent is $750.00 per  month. The transaction was handled by Nim Frazer, SIOR with John Stanley & Associates, Inc.

 

LEASED – Retail Space, Montgomery, AL - March 14, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Turner & Eaves, LLC in the leasing of a 1,066 S.F. retail space located at 9182 Boyd-Cooper Parkway.  The space has been leased for use as a Bruster’s Ice Cream retail store.  Bruster’s is planning to open for business on or about May 1, 2011.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

 

SOLD – East Boulevard Property, Montgomery, AL – March 8, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Estate of Ida Belle Young in the sale of a 3.956 acre parcel of land located on East Boulevard.  The sales price was $75,000.00.  The buyer was Schelleci Eastern Shore, LLC.

 

LEASED – Interstate Park, Montgomery, AL  - March 7, 2011

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Interstate Park Holdings, LLC in a lease expansion with Institution Pharmacy Solutions, LLC for +/- 3,839 R.S.F. of office space located at 2000 Interstate Park Drive, Suite 100.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Interstate Park Holdings, LLC in a lease transaction with National Union Insurance Company of Pittsburg, PA (AIG) for +/- 3,901 R.S.F. of office space located at 100 Interstate Park Drive, Suite 125.

 

SOLD – Office/Warehouse Building, Montgomery, AL – February 28, 2011

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of an office/warehouse building located at 5320 Perimeter Parkway Court.  The Property consists of two (2) buildings totaling +/- 12,750 S.F. The land size is +/- 36,750 S.F. and is zoned M-1.  The Sales price was $560,000.00.  The Seller was ServiceFirst Bank and the Buyer was Shandong Swan USA, Inc.

 

LEASED – Taliaferro Trail Office, Montgomery, AL - February 24, 2011

Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM have completed a lease transaction with Wilkinson Properties, LLC (Lessor) and Fritz Hughes & Hill, LLC (Lessee) for ± 2,600 S.F. of office space located at 1784 Taliaferro Trail.  The lease terms are undisclosed.
