LEASED – Monticello Drive, Montgomery, AL - July 15, 2009

John Stanley, CCIM has leased 2,600 S.F. of office space located at 5923 Monticello Drive.  The space has been leased to an undisclosed tenant, who is planning to open for business in October, 2009.  The space leased for $12.00/S.F. excluding utilities and janitorial.
 

SOLD – Ann Street Property, Montgomery, Alabama – June 30, 2009

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Seller in the sale of a .51 acre parcel of land located at the northwest corner of Ann Street and Locust Street, Montgomery, Alabama.  The Seller was Richard and Mary Ann Teeter.  The Buyer was Ann R. Dees.  The sales price was $162,000.00 ($7.30/S.F.).

 

SOLD – Woodmere Boulevard, Montgomery, AL – June 12, 2009

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Woodmere Acquisition Co., LLC in its purchase of 41,985 S.F. of land for the future expansion of Alabama Orthopedic Specialists (AOS) office and medical headquarters.  This property will enhance and expand the AOS Montgomery Campus located at the corner of Lomac Street and Woodmere Boulevard.  The property is zoned O-1.  The sale price was $272,902.00 ($6.50 S.F.)

 

LEASED – Interstate Park Center, Montgomery, AL – June 11, 2009

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Interstate Park Holdings, LLC and John Stanley, CCIM represented the Alabama Association of Realtors for ± 7,384 S.F. of class A office space at the Interstate Park Center.
 

SOLD - Office Building, 1103 S. Perry Street, Montgomery, AL - June 1, 2009

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants in the sale of its former headquarters located at 1103 South Perry Street.  The property consists of a ± 4,126 S.F. office building on a 24,000 S.F. site.  The sales price was $265,000.00 ($64.23/S.F.)

 

SOLD - Kershaw Boulevard, Montgomery, AL - May 28, 2009

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of Lot #5 located on Kershaw Boulevard. The lot is approximately 36,590 S.F. and sold for $105,000.00 or $2.87/S.F
 

SOLD - Pike Road Station, Pike Road, AL - May 5, 2009

Mark Dauber has represented the First National Bank of Crestview in the sale of Pike Road Station to the Town of Pike Road, AL. The property consists of 35,065 S.F. of retail space situated on 4.55 AC. and located at 9569 Vaughn Road, Pike Road, AL. The sales price was $4,000,000. The Town of Pike Road plans to occupy an unleased portion of the property for its City Hall and related municipal uses.
 

SOLD – 12 Acres East Blvd and East Shirley Lane - April 28, 2009

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of + 12 acres on the East Boulevard. The property has 60 feet of frontage on the East Boulevard and 230 feet of frontage on East Shirley Lane. The property is zoned B-2 and B-5. The sales price was $245,000.
 

LEASED - Office Space, Montgomery, AL - Apr 21, 2009

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Legacy Center, LLC in the leasing of 4,020 S.F. of Class “A” office space at 3162 Parliament Circle, Montgomery, AL. The name of the tenant is undisclosed.
