John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Seller, M.P.M. Enterprises, Inc., in the sale of Woodmere Station located at 5741-5759 Woodmere Blvd., Montgomery, AL.  The property consists of a ± 9,200 S.F. retail center and a ± 6,000 S.F. mini storage facility.  The sales price was $425,000.

 

LEASED – 2901 East Boulevard, Montgomery, AL – October 8, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Carter Properties, Ltd. in the leasing of the former Guthrie’s property located at 2901 E. Blvd.  The Tenant is DriveZone, L.L.C.  The property will be a used car lot for DriveZone opening December 1, 2010.

 

SOLD – East Fairview Ave., Montgomery, AL -  October 1, 2010

Nim Frazer, SIOR has represented the Capri Community Film Society, Inc. in the purchase of five (5) parcels located at the northwest corner of Fairview Avenue and Boultier Street in Montgomery, AL.  Each parcel will be separately owned and operated by their respective Buyer. The Buyer of the Property was Boultier Properties, LLC. The sales price for the entire property was $850,000.00.
 

LEASED – Halcyon Pointe I, Montgomery, AL – September 27, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Home Builders Association of Alabama (HBAA) in leasing 5,235 S.F. of Class “A” office space at Halcyon Pointe I located at 7515 Halcyon Summit Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The Lessee is Auburn University at Montgomery (AUM).  Occupancy will be November, 2010.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
 

LEASED – Gunter Industrial Park, Montgomery, AL – September 15, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM has leased 3,630 S.F. of office/warehouse space located at Gunter Industrial Park.  The Lessor is Industrial Partners, LLC and the Lessee is CMS Records Management, LLC.  The lease price and terms are undisclosed.

 

LEASED – Aliant Center, Montgomery, AL – September 3, 2010

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Aliant Bank in a lease transaction for + 1,654 S.F. of an office space with attorneys Steinwender & Ratcliff at the Aliant Center located at the 2740 Zelda Road, Montgomery, AL.

 

SOLD - 2.52 Acres, Montgomery, AL - September 2, 2010.

John Stanley, CCIM, has represented Walton Hill Bell Properties, LLC in the sale of a 109,969 S.F. parcel of land located at the intersection of Bell Street, Holt Street and Clay Street off I-65 in downtown Montgomery. The City of Montgomery was the Buyer. The sales price was $809,000 ($7.36/S.F.).

 

SOLD – One Court Square, Montgomery, AL, August 31, 2010

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in the sale of a downtown landmark building known as One Court Square.  The property consists of approximately 154,387 S.F. of excellent Class “B” office space plus a 299 space parking deck located on ± 2.26 acres of land.  The Buyer is the City of Montgomery.  The sales price was $2,850,000 plus an undisclosed price for Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E). 

 

SOLD – 107 Pecan Street, Troy, AL – August 23, 2010

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented R & W Developers, LLC in the sale of a + 5,000 S.F. office building located at 107 Pecan Street in Troy, Alabama.  The Sales price was $185,000.00 or $37.00/S.F.
 

SOLD – 2900 McGehee Road, Montgomery, AL – August 20, 2010

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of a + 14,504 S.F. office building located at 2900 McGehee Road, Montgomery, Alabama.  The Seller  was W.J. Mitchell Properties, LLC and the Buyer was Montgomery AIDS Outreach, Inc. The purchase price was $550,000.00 or $37.92/S.F.
