John Stanley, CCIM has represented Alabama Orthopedic Specialists (AOS) in the purchase of a 6,697 S.F. office building located at 4650 Woodmere Blvd. The building will be remodeled and used by AOS as part of its orthopedic practice located adjacent to its current facility at 4294 Lomac Street. The Seller was Kirkland Enterprises, LLC. The sales price was $925,000.

 

SOLD - Taylor Road Office Building, Montgomery, AL - April 6, 2009

John Stanley, CCIM along with the CB Richard Ellis Memphis office, has represented Southern Guaranty Insurance Company in the sale of the 63,200 S.F. office building at 2545 Taylor Road, Montgomery, AL. The property is zoned O-1 (office) with a total land area of 10.05 acres. The sales price was $3,000,000.00.

 

SOLD - Lower Commerce Street - Feb 26, 2009

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of an office condominium located in the Hobbie Building at 260 Commerce Street in Montgomery, AL. The sale included approximately 6,400 S.F. of an office space on the third floor plus approximately 1200 S.F. of storage space in the basement. The sales price was $380,000.00.

 

SOLD - Pine Lake Motel  - Feb 24, 2009

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of Pine Lake Motel located at 7561 Troy Highway in Pike Road, Alabama. The motel consists of 21 rooms on 5.55 acres and all equipment was included. The sales price was $700,000.00.

 

SOLD - Lowe's Outparcel, Wetumpka, AL - Dec 30, 2008

John Stanley, CCIM has represented MAX Credit Union in its purchase of an outparcel located at on US 231 in Wetumpka, AL. The outparcel consists of 97,004 S.F. and will be developed as a MAX branch office. The property is zoned B-2 (Business). The sales price was $1,358,056($14/S.F.).
 

SOLD - Halcyon Summit Office Lot, Montgomery, AL - Dec 29, 2008

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Herron Properties, LLC in the purchase of a 48,620 S.F. office lot located on Halcyon Summit Drive. The lot will be developed by Dr. Mark Herron for medical office use. The Seller was Sevier Dabbs Properties, LLC. The sales price was $401,115 ($8.25/S.F.).
 

SOLD - Halcyon Summit Office Lot, Montgomery, AL - Dec 29, 2008

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Harmon Holdings, LLC with the acquisition of a 48,107 S.F. office lot located on Halcyon Summit Drive. The lot will be developed by Dr. Chris Harmon for medical office use specializing in dermatology. The Seller was Sevier Dabbs Properties, LLC. The sales price was $396,882 ($8.25/S.F.).
 

SOLD - Mitylene Office Park, Montgomery, AL - Dec 12, 2008

John Stanley, CCIM and Nim Frazer, SIOR have completed the sale of two (2) office lots totaling 74,876 S.F. at Mitylene Office Park, located off Taylor Road. The Seller was Mitylene Development, Inc. and the Buyer was YB East Montgomery, LLC. Both lots will be developed as a single use 12,000 S.F. medical office building. The sales price was $542,851 S.F. or $7.25/S.F.
 

SOLD - McDonald's, Montgomery, AL - Dec 3, 2008

John Stanley, CCIM has completed the sale of a McDonald’s restaurant located at the corner of Eastchase Parkway and Chantilly Parkway. The sales price of $1,585,000 represents a 6.3 cap rate based on the terms of a twenty (20) year ground lease. The Seller was 3T, LLC. The name of the Buyer is undisclosed.
 

SOLD - East Park Center, Montgomery, AL - Dec 1, 2008

Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM recently completed the sale of East Park Center located at 25 Carol Villa Drive. East Park Center is a two (2) story, 13,200 S.F. office building that was 95% leased at the time of the sale. The sales price is undisclosed.
