The Seller was Mitylene Development, Inc. and the Buyer was YB East Montgomery, LLC. Both lots will be developed as a single use 12,000 S.F. medical office building. The sales price was $542,851 S.F. or $7.25/S.F.
 

SOLD - McDonald's, Montgomery, AL - Dec 3, 2008

John Stanley, CCIM has completed the sale of a McDonald’s restaurant located at the corner of Eastchase Parkway and Chantilly Parkway. The sales price of $1,585,000 represents a 6.3 cap rate based on the terms of a twenty (20) year ground lease. The Seller was 3T, LLC. The name of the Buyer is undisclosed.
 

SOLD - East Park Center, Montgomery, AL - Dec 1, 2008

Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM recently completed the sale of East Park Center located at 25 Carol Villa Drive. East Park Center is a two (2) story, 13,200 S.F. office building that was 95% leased at the time of the sale. The sales price is undisclosed.
 

LEASED - Pike Road Station, Pike Rd, AL - Nov 21, 2008

Mark Dauber has leased approximately 1,755 S.F. of retail space to Nail Salon dba Nail Paradise. The new tenant plans to be open for business in early 2009.

The sales price was $223,140. The Seller was Ross Clayton Funeral Home, Inc. and the Buyer was Mathis Thomas Holdings, LLC.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented New Horizons, LLC with the lease of 7,434 S.F. office building located at 7125 University Court, Montgomery, Alabama. The tenant is Parnell and Crum, P.A.
 

SOLD - AutoZone, Montgomery, AL - Sep 10, 2008

John Stanley, CCIM has represented AutoZone Development Corporation in the purchase of a 25,000 S.F. outparcel at Festival Plaza on Vaughn Road. AutoZone will construct a 7,381 S.F. building on the parcel. The sales price of the outparcel was $ 425,000 ($17.00/S.F.).
 

LEASED - Office Space, Montgomery, AL - Sep 3, 2008

Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM have recently completed two(2)lease transaction for 12,565 S.F. of office space located at 5946-5950 Monticello Drive.
