John Stanley, CCIM has represented B&C Properties, LLC in the sale of a 7,700 S.F. retail building located at 2415 East Boulevard formerly occupied by Pet Supplies Plus.  The Buyer was Tri-Rivers Holdings, LLC.  The sales price was $477,625 ($62.04/S.F.)

 

SOLD – RETAIL PROPERTY, Montgomery, AL – September 19, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented E.E. Forbes Piano Company, Inc. in the sale of its former location at 2015 East Boulevard.  The Buyer was James R. Ingram, Jr. who will remodel the property for Phase III Mobility.  The sales price was $300,000.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM represented Brown Springs Promenade, LLC in the leasing of ± 1,725 S.F. of retail space located at 6542 Atlanta Hwy, Montgomery, AL.  The space is leased to Smooth Operators, Inc. for use as a location for Tropical Smoothie.  The terms and conditions of the Lease are undisclosed.

 

LEASED – ± 2,188 S.F. RENTAL SPACE, Montgomery, AL, September 8, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Red Wing Shoes in the leasing of 2,188 S.F. of retail space at 340-B Eastdale Circle to Aquarium Fantasies, Inc.  The store is expected to open in October, 2011.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

 

LEASED – 5,000 S.F. RETAIL SPACE, Montgomery, AL – September 1, 2011

Mark Dauber has represented The Town of Pike Road in the leasing of 5,000 S.F. at Pike Road Station.  The space is leased to Sarris’ At The Station for a restaurant.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
 

LEASED – 635 East Boulevard, Montgomery, AL - July 5, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Courtesy Automotive Group, Inc. in the lease of its property located at 635 East Boulevard to Empire Auto Sales, LLC.  The property will continue as a used car dealership.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has transacted a lease agreement on behalf of MATMOR PROPERTIES, LLC for 6,214 S.F. of retail space located at 3241 Malcolm Dr., Montgomery, AL.  The entire space has been leased to a fitness facility with a scheduled opening date of July 1, 2011.  The name of the tenant and terms of the lease are undisclosed.

 

SOLD – 395 E. Blvd., Montgomery, AL - March 28, 2011

John Stanley, CCIM has represented GHM Investments, LLC in the sale of a former Mazda dealership property located at 395 E. Blvd., Montgomery, AL.  The property consists of a ± 10,400 S.F. building on ± 1.84 acres.  The name of the Buyer is undisclosed.  The sales price was $900,000.00.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Turner & Eaves, LLC in the leasing of a 1,066 S.F. retail space located at 9182 Boyd-Cooper Parkway.  The space has been leased for use as a Bruster’s Ice Cream retail store.  Bruster’s is planning to open for business on or about May 1, 2011.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Seller, M.P.M. Enterprises, Inc., in the sale of Woodmere Station located at 5741-5759 Woodmere Blvd., Montgomery, AL.  The property consists of a ± 9,200 S.F. retail center and a ± 6,000 S.F. mini storage facility.  The sales price was $425,000.

 

SOLD – East Fairview Ave., Montgomery, AL -  October 1, 2010

Nim Frazer, SIOR has represented the Capri Community Film Society, Inc. in the purchase of five (5) parcels located at the northwest corner of Fairview Avenue and Boultier Street in Montgomery, AL.  Each parcel will be separately owned and operated by their respective Buyer. The Buyer of the Property was Boultier Properties, LLC. The sales price for the entire property was $850,000.00.
