Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently sold a ± 2,500 S.F. office building located at 5795 Carmichael Parkway, Montgomery, AL.  The Seller was the William J. Cook Revocable Trust, and the Buyer was CP Corner, LLC.  The Sales price was $169,000.00.  The building was vacant at the time of the sale.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Turner & Eaves, LLC in leasing ± 1,920 S.F. of office space located at 9174 Boyd Cooper Parkway, Montgomery, AL.  The tenant is Thrive Family Chiropractic, LLC.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented WK Logistics, LLC in the purchase of a 1,870 S.F. office condo located at 2857 Zelda Road in Montgomery, Alabama.  The property will be the local office of Wettermark Keith Law Firm. The sales price was $150,000.00 ($80.21 S.F.).

The sales price was $925,000.00 or $15.58/usable S.F. for ± 59,377 S.F.
