John Stanley, CCIM has represented Schilleci Distribution Property, LLC in the sale of a          ± 1.85 acre parcel located at the corner of Taylor Road and Averiette Drive at Billingsley Place, Commercial Plat No. 1.  The property will be developed as a convenience store/gas facility plus two (2) separate “end-cap” restaurants.  The Buyer was GANAPATI 2024, LLC. The sales price was $1,091,097.00 ($13.50/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented HD & D Land Company, LLC the in the sale of   ± 85.79 acres located at the corner of U.S. Hwy. 82 and McQueen Smith Road, Prattville, AL.  The property will be developed as future McClain Landing, Phase 8      (single family development) . The Buyer was SMB Land, LLC.  The sales price was $2,514,458.00 based on ± 75.396 usable acres at $33,350/AC.

SOLD – ± 18.34 AC. PRATTVILLE, AL., NOVEMBER 10, 2025

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the William Howard Murfree Trust and DHS Holding-4, Inc. in the sale of ± 18.34 acres located at the corner of U.S. Hwy. 82 and McQueen Smith Road, Prattville, AL.  The property is zoned B-2 and will be developed for multi-use retail.  The Buyer was Heritage Galleria, LLC.  The sales price was $2,000,000.00 ($2.50/S.F.).


SOLD – OFFICE BUILDING, MONTGOMERY, AL. OCTOBER 28, 2025

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the Sale of  a ± 4,930 S.F. Office Building located at 4130 Wall Street, Montgomery, AL 36106.  The sales price was $320,000.00. The Sellers were Philip and Anne Festoso and the Buyer was T.A.A.M. Holdings, LLC.
