A little over two years ago, our city was looking for a good reputable company and person to market the 650 acres of land we had purchased for retail and commercial development.  Mark Dauber’s name kept coming up in our search as a hard working, experienced, and truthful man.  Well, he is all that and more, as we found out.  He is definitely not the kind of guy who sits around and waits for things to happen.  I call him our “mover and shaker,” as even in this difficult economy, he shows the seriousness and persistence needed in his work with the clients.  Mark is very easy to work with as he really listens to what we need; I can’t imagine any situation that we would not be able to work through with a good result for us.  In fact, during our association, we have become more like partners than just another client of Mark’s.  All this gives us confidence that we made a very good decision two years ago.
