 John Stanley and MAX have been working together for well over ten years. Primarily, he has helped us locate and negotiate the purchase of sites for many of our expansion locations, as well as helping in the sale of other properties. I feel very comfortable working with him based on his high level of integrity and trustworthiness. His level of service is difficult to equal as he performs way beyond the expected. For example, a few years ago we purchased some property. Although he was not involved, he gave us information about future land use of surrounding property that would impact our property – and that allowed us to make informed decisions. To my mind, that is really taking care of the client.
