The Buyer is Alabama State Employees Credit Union (ASECU) which will use the property as its headquarters, administration office and data center. The sales price was $900,000.00 ($74.45/S.F.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has recently represented Navy Federal Credit Union in the purchase of 3311 Malcolm Drive in Montgomery, Alabama. The property was a former Iberia Bank branch location and after some renovations will become a new branch for Navy Federal Credit Union.  The sales price was $885,000.00.
