John Stanley, CCIM has represented Hancock Whitney Bank in the sale of a ± 33,176 S.F. office building on ± 1.96 acres located at 124 W. Main Street in Prattville, Alabama.  The Buyer is The Cooperative District of The City of Prattville, Alabama.  The sales price was $1,300,000.00.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented RPM- UCT, LLC, et al in the purchase of The Storage Barn located at 1795 The Exchange North, Prattville, Alabama.  The Property consists of 448 rental storage units plus exterior parking spaces for RV’s, boats and trailers on ± 5.25 acres.  The total area of the rental storage units is ± 52,250 S.F.  The Seller was Storage Barn, LLC.  The sales price was $6,700,000.00.

John Stanley, CCIM has recently represented Carrollton, LLC in the purchase of ± 28.76 Acres located at Angela Street, just off Highway 31 in Prattville, Alabama.  The Property will be developed as a single family residential neighborhood.  The sales price was $175,000.00 ($6,085/AC.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Greenacres II, LLC in the sale of ± 34.75 Acres located along Highway 14 at McQueen Smith Road.  The Buyer was East Memorial Baptist Church.  The Property was zoned B-2.  The sales price was $2,600,000.00 ($1.72/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented PB Prattville, LLC in the sale of a ± 43,797 S.F. retail parcel located at 1853 Sugar Exchange in Prattville, Alabama.  The Buyer was MAD TENDERS, LLC for the development of a MAD TENDERS restaurant.  The sales price was $535,000.00 ($12.22/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the William Howard Murfee Trust in the sale of ± 52.72 acres located at the corner of U.S. Hwy 82 and McQueen Smith Road, Prattville, AL.  The property consists of ± 36 usable acres and is zoned R-3.  The property will be developed for single family residential use.  The sales price was $537,500.00.  The Buyers were Lee Audis, LLC and L. Audis Land, LLC.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Mr. Mattress, LLC in leasing ± 3,200 S.F. of retail space located at 2257 A Cobbs Ford Road, Prattville, AL.  The opening of Mr. Mattress at this location is scheduled for November 1, 2020.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed. 

Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM have transacted the sale of ± 23.8 acres located on McQueen Smith Road, Prattville, AL.  The Seller was HD&D Land, LLC.  The Buyer was Centerpoint Fellowship Church, Inc. The sales price was $1,127,000.00 ($47,353/AC.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Karla Boles Properties, LLC in the sale of a ± 18, 995 square foot office complex composed of four (4) buildings and twelve (12) tenants. The buildings were 100% leased at the time of the sale. The property is located at 1288 – 1300 East Main Street in Prattville, Alabama 36006 and zoned B-2. The sale price was $1,100,000.00 ($57.91/S.F.).
