John C. Stanley, CCIM has represented Walker Grant in the sale of a 9,420 S.F. office/warehouse property located at 25 Henderson Hwy., Troy, AL. The Buyer was Hunter Holdings, LLC. The sales price was $195,000.


John Stanley, CCIM has represented Boyd Investments, LLC in the sale of a 38,226 S.F. lot at the corner of Eastchase Parkway and Boyd Cooper Parkway. The lot will be developed as a Taco Bell restaurant facility. The Buyer was Monty Mex Corp. The sales price was $458,712 ($12.00/S.F.).


John C. Stanley, CCIM has represented BB&T in the sale of a ± 427 acre parcel of undeveloped land located at the corner of Gateway Drive and Marvyn Parkway, Opelika, AL. The property is zoned PUD and will be developed for residential and commercial use. The Buyer was Opelika Gateway Properties, LLC. The sales price was $1,538,546.40 ($3,600/Ac.).

John C. Stanley, CCIM has represented Standing Boy Properties, LLC in the purchase of a 76,230 S.F. lot located at the corner of Alabama State Hwy 14 and Malwest Drive in Prattville, AL. The property will be developed as a Burger King restaurant facility. The sales price was $905,000 ($11.87/S.F.).


John C. Stanley, CCIM has represented MAX Credit Union in the purchase of two (2) lots totaling 72,166 S.F. located at 336-340 No. Gay St. in Auburn, AL. The total sales price was $918,000 representing a price of $12.72/S.F. Both lots will be developed as a MAX Credit Union facility.


John Stanley, CCIM and Nim Frazer, SIOR have represented River Bank & Trust in the sale of a ± 7,000 S.F. office/warehouse property located at 4185 Troy Hwy. The property will be used as an auto repair shop. The name of the Buyer is undisclosed. The sales price was $204,000.00.


John Stanley, CCIM has represented Montgomery Colonial Property, LLC in the leasing of 49,071 rentable S.F. at Capitol Commerce Center, 100 Capitol Commerce Boulevard, Montgomery, AL. Terms of the lease and the name of the tenant are undisclosed. Occupancy of the building by the tenant is expected to occur in October, 2013.
