John Stanley, CCIM has represented Schilleci Distribution Property, LLC in the sale of a 4,167 S.F. restaurant property located at 5471 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer was Georgiana Convenience, LLC.  The tenant is El Jalisco Mexican Restaurant.    The sales price was $625,000.00 ($150.00/S.F.) representing an 8.6% cap rate.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Schilleci Eastchase, LLC in leasing ± 4,038 S.F. of retail space located at 3255 Malcolm Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The tenant is Innovative Infusions, LLC d/b/a Paragon Healthcare, Inc.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed. 

John Stanley, CCIM has recently represented Carrollton, LLC in the purchase of ± 28.76 Acres located at Angela Street, just off Highway 31 in Prattville, Alabama.  The Property will be developed as a single family residential neighborhood.  The sales price was $175,000.00 ($6,085/AC.).
