John Stanley, CCIM has leased a 12,800 S.F. office building located at 1241 Carwood Court in Montgomery, AL.  The Lessor is HCS Properties, LLC and the Lessee is Rheem Sales Company, Inc.  Rheem will occupy the entire building for use as a call center and related offices.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of a 10,160 S.F. retail building located at 3750-3758 Norman Bridge Road, Montgomery, AL.  The sales price was $445,000.00.

Mark Dauber announces the sale of 3.44 Acres fronting Vaughn Road near the intersection of Pike Road for a price of $8.00 per square foot.  The property is part of the Lochshire development and is zoned PUD.  The purchaser expects to begin construction within thirty (30) days of a Convenience Store and Gas Station under the trade name “Z-Tech”.  The development will compliment the new CVS store in the same community and is another indicator of the rapid growth taking place in the area.
