Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Avadian Credit Union on the sale of a ± 14,050 S.F. office / warehouse building located at 5506 Wares Ferry Road in Montgomery, Alabama.  The property is zoned B-3 and contains ± 1.29 Acres of land. The Buyer was Custom Cabinet Renovations.  The sales price was $350,000.00 ($24.91/S.F.). 

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Renasant Bank in the sale of a 4.061 acre parcel located at 1355 East Boulevard, Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer is Cook Out-Montgomery, Inc.  A portion of the property will be developed as a Cook Out Restaurant.  The sales price was $525,000.00.
