John Stanley, CCIM has represented Jackson Hospital & Clinic, Inc. in leasing ± 4,200 S.F. of space at Shops at Pike Road (Publix Shopping Center) for use as an urgent care facility. The Lessor is Shops at Pike Road, LLC.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.  

John Stanley, CCIM has represented 3P Properties, LLC in the sale of a ±7,125 S.F. office/ warehouse building located at 350 East Mendel Parkway, Montgomery, AL.  The building consists of ± 1,380 S.F. of office space and ± 5,745 S.F. of warehouse space.  The Buyer was GridOps, LLC.  The sales price was $295,000.00 ($41.40/S.F.)

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Church of The Highlands in its purchase of ± 25.7 acres on Taylor Road for its future Montgomery campus.  The Seller was Alfa Properties, Inc.  The sales price was $3,000,000.00 ($116,650/Ac.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Montgomery Colonial Property, LLC in leasing an additional ± 10,542 RSF of office space at Capitol Commerce Center, Montgomery, AL. With this expansion, Hancock Bank will occupy 59,613 RSF at Capitol Commerce Center. The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
