Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented TSG Montgomery, LLC in the sale of a ± 6,787 S.F. office building located at 4216 Carmichael Road, Montgomery, AL 36106.  The three (3) story office building, with no elevator, was sold for $450,000.00 or $66.30/S.F.  The property was zoned B-2 and the building will undergo renovations and converted to a medical office.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Wingers, LLC in leasing 2,321 S.F. of space located on the first floor of the RSA office building located at 445 Dexter Avenue, Montgomery, AL.  The space will built out and operated as a Winger’s Sports Grill with an opening scheduled for July, 2017.   The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
