John Stanley, CCIM has represented Mitzi Lane Holladay in the sale of a former Arby’s restaurant located at 3853 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, Alabama.  The property consists of a ± 1,837 S.F. building on a ± 30,250 S.F. lot.  The Buyer was Hui Xing, Inc.  The sales price was $382,500.00 ($208.22/S.F.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of an office building located at 529 S. Perry Street, Montgomery, AL 36104.    The Buyer was R3 Montgomery, LLC.  After substantial renovations, the building will be occupied by attorney Ryan deGraffenried.  The building is ±5,652 square feet and Zoned T-4R.  The sales price was $225,000.00.

The space, formerly leased to CVS, will be remodeled as an Urgent Care facility. Opening is scheduled for June, 2014. The terms of the lease are undisclosed.
