John Stanley, CCIM has represented Boyd Investments, LLC in the sale of a 38,226 S.F. lot at the corner of Eastchase Parkway and Boyd Cooper Parkway. The lot will be developed as a Taco Bell restaurant facility. The Buyer was Monty Mex Corp. The sales price was $458,712 ($12.00/S.F.).

The property is zoned PUD and will be developed for residential and commercial use. The Buyer was Opelika Gateway Properties, LLC. The sales price was $1,538,546.40 ($3,600/Ac.).
