Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM recently represented Wilkinson Properties, LLC in a long-term lease transaction with Fritz Hughes & Hill, LLC for office space located at 1784 Taliaferro Trail. The terms of the lease are undisclosed.


Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM recently represented Kirkland Enterprises in a long- term lease transaction with Pri-Med Physicians, Inc. for a medical office to be located at 7085 Sydney Curve. The new medical facility will open in June, 2013.


Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Rialto Capital Advisors in the sale of the former Hooters Restaurant located at 2701 Eastern Boulevard. The sales price was $650,000.00.


John Stanley, CCIM has represented Max Credit Union in the sale of a .96 acre parcel located on Ala. Hwy. 14 in Millbrook, AL. The property will be developed as a Family Dollar retail facility. The sales price was $395,000.00 ($9.41/S.F.). The name of the Buyer is Family Dollar Stores of Alabama, Inc.


Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Kirkland Enterprises in a lease transaction with Varicosity Vein Center for a medical office to be located at 445 Cotton Gin. The new medical facility should open in April, 2013.


Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Kirkland Enterprises in the sale of a 10,000 S.F. office building located at 4719 Woodmere Blvd. The sales price was $900,000.00 or $90.00/S.F. The building will be owned and occupied by The Alabama West Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church.


Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented CIT Small Business Lending Corporation in the sale of a 2,911 S.F. office building and an adjacent ± 36,301 S.F. vacant lot located at 1760 Platt Place. The total sales price for both parcels was $390,000.00.


 

Lee Meriwether, CCIM and John Stanley, CCIM have represented the law firm of Sasser, Sefton, Brown, Tipton & Davis, P.C. in the leasing of 8,501 RSF of office space located on the 8th floor of the RSA Judicial Building, 445 Dexter Avenue, Montgomery, AL. The Landlord is The Retirement System of Alabama.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Renasant Bank in the purchase of two (2) lots located at the corner of Taylor Road and Winton Blount Loop. This location will serve as Renasant Bank’s second location in the Montgomery market. The size of the parcel is 58,894 S.F. and the sales price was $515,322.50 ($8.75/S.F.). The Buyer was Renasant Bank and the Seller was East Montgomery Properties, L.L.C.


Mark Dauber has represented Merry Corner, LLC in the sale of a 3.7 Ac. Parcel fronting Vaughn Road at a price of $485,000.00. The buyer was The Broadway Group, LLC who will develop a portion of the property as a Dollar General. This new retail facility will complement the existing CVS store located at the corner of Vaughn Road and Pike Road.
