SOLD – ± 25 Acres, Millbrook, AL – September 12, 2013

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Aliant Bank in the sale of a ± 25 Acre parcel of land zoned Multifamily located in Millbrook Alabama. About half of the property was located in a wetlands area. The Buyer was Inscoe Properties, LLC. The sales price was $200,000.00.



LEASED – 1,500 S.F. RETAIL SPACE, Montgomery, AL – September 3, 2013

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Looking Good, LLC in a lease transaction for ± 1,500 S.F. of retail space located at 7960 Atlanta Hwy. The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

SOLD – Office/Warehouse Property, Troy, AL – August 29, 2013

John C. Stanley, CCIM has represented Walker Grant in the sale of a 9,420 S.F. office/warehouse property located at 25 Henderson Hwy., Troy, AL. The Buyer was Hunter Holdings, LLC. The sales price was $195,000.
