The property is zoned PUD and will be developed for residential and commercial use. The Buyer was Opelika Gateway Properties, LLC. The sales price was $1,538,546.40 ($3,600/Ac.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently represented Carmichael Retail Center in a lease transaction with Payroll Services by Extra Help, Inc. for office space located at 4824 Woods Crossing. The new facility will open in September, 2013.
