John Stanley, CCIM has represented Milo’s RE II – Montgomery Eastchase, LLC in the sale of a ± 1.30 acre lot located at 8739 Eastchase Parkway, Montgomery, AL.   The usable S.F. of the lot is 43,107 S.F.  The Buyer is DLC Properties, LLC.  The sales price was $560,000.00 ($13.00/usable S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Montgomery Area Council on Aging (MACOA) with the purchase of the property located at 321 No. Lawrence St.   The site consists of 16,117 S.F. and is zoned Smart Code.  The existing structure will eventually be demolished by MACOA.  The sales price was $140,000.00 ($8.68/S.F.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has represented Horace W. Powell in the sale of a ± 1.02 acre commercial lot (Lot A) located in Prattville Business Park.  The name of the Buyer is Trampoline, LLC.  The Lot was Zoned B-2 and the sales price was $177,724.80 ($4.00/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented MTD Holdings, LLC in the sale of a     ± 7.71 acre parcel located at the corner of I-85 (Exit 16) and U.S. Hwy. 80 in Pike Road, AL.  The property is zoned B-2.  The Buyer is Freedom Transport, Inc.  The sales price was $1,875,000.00 ($5.58/S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented New Horizons, LLC in the sale of a 7,382 S.F. office building located at 7125 University Court, Montgomery, AL.  The Buyer is MLS Investments 2, LLC.  The sales price was $570,000.00 ($77.21/S.F.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has recently represented Enterprise Technologies, LLC in the purchase of an office condominium located at 2853 Zelda Road, Montgomery, Alabama 36106.  The sales price was $87,000.00 ($75.52/S.F.).

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has recently represented Navy Federal Credit Union in the purchase of 3311 Malcolm Drive in Montgomery, Alabama. The property was a former Iberia Bank branch location and after some renovations will become a new branch for Navy Federal Credit Union.  The sales price was $885,000.00.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM has recently completed the sale of 4695 Vaughn Road, Montgomery, Alabama.  The Seller was Realto Capital and the Buyer was Energy Wise Builders, LLC.  After renovations, the property will be the new location for Diamond One Décor.  The sales price was $360,000.00 which was $10,000.00 more than the Listing Price.  The property is zoned B-3-Q and includes ±2 acres of land and ±20,000 S.F. of building.
