Nim Frazer, SIOR has represented Seed Processors, Inc. in the sale of a ± 27,690 S.F. retail/warehouse building located on ± 5.01 acres at 1032 US Highway 231 in Wetumpka, AL.   The Buyer is J & W Property Management, LLC.  The sales price was $475,000.00.


John Stanley, CCIM has represented the Ronald Long Family Trust and Janie S. Gilliland in the sale of a 9,000 S.F. office/warehouse building located at 573 George Todd Drive, Montgomery, AL.   The sales price was $300,000.00 ($40.00/ S.F.).

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Marshall / Teel Properties, LLC in leasing ± 5,264 S.F. of office space located at 5911 Monticello Drive, Montgomery, AL.  The tenant is Consolidated Networks Corp.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.


John Stanley, CCIM has represented Alabama State Employees Credit Union (ASECU) in leasing ± 1,496 S.F. of retail space located at Willow Point Shopping Center in Greenville, AL.  This location will be used by ASECU as its Greenville office and retail banking.  Opening is scheduled for June, 2017.  The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

Lee Meriwether, CCIM recently completed the sale of an office building located at 529 S. Perry Street, Montgomery, AL 36104.    The Buyer was R3 Montgomery, LLC.  After substantial renovations, the building will be occupied by attorney Ryan deGraffenried.  The building is ±5,652 square feet and Zoned T-4R.  The sales price was $225,000.00.


John Stanley, CCIM has represented Montgomery Colonial Property, LLC in leasing an additional 3,594 RSF of office space at Capitol Commerce Center to Liquidity Services, Inc.  The terms of the Lease are undisclosed.

John Stanley, CCIM has represented Meritage Office Group, LLC in the sale of a 7,212 S.F. office building located at 6728-6732 Taylor Court, Montgomery, AL.    The Buyer is HIJIN Properties, LLC.  The sales price was $495,000.00 ($68.65/ S.F.).
